Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash have Tube stations RENAMED to celebrate baby son

Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash are currently basking in the glow of new parenthood, after welcoming their little boy on Thursday morning.

The happy couple met their newborn son yesterday when Stacey went into labour four weeks early - and Joe announced the happy news with a gushing tribute to his girlfriend last night.

To celebrate their son's arrival, London Underground has temporarily renamed two of its stations in the new parents' honour.

A sign put up at North Greenwich station revealed that Monument and King's Cross stops have different names for today.

"Congratulations Stacey and Joe on your beautiful new arrival, it's such good news and makes us want to dance," read the sign, written by All On The Board.

"The baby is lucky to have you two as Mummy and Daddy. and the lovely Loose Women as aunts.

"Love @allontheboard - PS there is a good service on all lines, but we have decided to rename some stations to celebrate.

"Monument is now Solomon ument and King's Cross is now King's Swash . Sorted," it added.

It comes after Stacey's sister Jemma Solomon accidentally gave away the baby's sex before his famous parents announced it.

Jemma - who runs an event planning business that helped throw Stacey her gorgeous baby shower earlier this month - Instagrammed a post saying she "can't wait" to meet her new nephew, before swiftly deleting it.

Sure enough, Joe returned to his own Instagram with a snap of him kissing his newborn's tiny feet, captioning it: "Good morning son xxxxx."

He and Stacey are yet to announce their little boy's name - but given that they already share three sons between them, it may take a while for them to decide.
