Stacey Solomon has revealed she was in "denial" about her pregnancy and couldn't quite believe it was happening.
Stacey, 31, appeared on Loose Women today just a couple of days after announcing she was pregnant with her fourth child.
The Loose Women panel congratulated her, with Kaye Adams particularly happy because she had almost "let the cat out of the bag" several times.
Mum-of-three Stacey said she wasn't worried about telling people but that she couldn't quite believe it was happening.
She said: "I was in denial. You never know, we thought it might not happen, so we wanted to wait until a point where if it was happening it was actually happening.
"Sometimes it's nice to share everything and sometimes it's nice to fester in a cave on your own sleeping."
As she announced her pregnancy on social media Stacey revealed she had suffered several miscarriages and that her and Joe had made peace with the fact they might not ever be parents again.
She said : "For a really long time we’ve been trying for another pickle… It didn’t work out and this was our news quite a few times…
"We decided we were so lucky already to have our boys."
On Loose Women today Stacey said how excited her and Joe are for their new arrival.
Stacey said: "I'm so excited girls.
"The boys are so excited, Rex has no idea he's not at that age yet, but he loves his animals and I think he'll love it.
"We're just so grateful and feel so privileged to have the chance to have another baby, we love being parents, it's our favourite thing in the whole wide world and we cannot wait."
