As we enter December, there is every chance you’ve already hung up your wreath, assembled a nativity scene, and put up your Christmas tree.
It’s pretty unlikely, however, that your tree looks anything like Stacey Dooley’s.
The former Strictly star has left fans divided with her unconventional tree, which is heavily covered with tinsel, complete with massive silver baubles, blue lights and spiky silver stars.
The TV presenter, 38, shared a video of her tree with her 1.2 million Instagram followers, and called back to her time on Strictly Come Dancing, which she won in 2018.
The tree appears to be made of metal, and is topped with a disco ball instead of the traditional star or angel - a nod to the Strictly Glitterball Trophy.

Stacey said in the caption of her post that the theme was "camp disco" - but it certainly wasn’t to everyone’s taste, with the comment section full of fans slamming the quirky tree
One shocked user wrote: “Is that a Christmas tree or weapon of mass destruction?!”, with another adding “Sorry but that tree is hideous.”
Some were horrified at the amount of decorations, with one asking “Where’s the tree?!” and another added “Is there a tree under that?”.
Others were worried the tree was a fire hazard, or unsafe for a house with toddlers in it, as Stacey shares her home with dancer Kevin Clifton and their two-year-old daughter Minnie.

One commenter posted: "Is it just me that is petrified of them spikes and defo wouldn’t have this in a house with toddlers”, while another said: “Please tell me you do not have any cats?”.
For others however, the show stopping tree was right up their street.
One user said: “It’s giving Diana Ross meets Wham on steroids and I’m here for it babe,” another saying the tree “belongs in Vogue”.
Another poster added “It’s giving 90s but extra. I love it,” while one fan commented: “This tree went to art school”.
Stacey has been tipped to replace Strictly Come Dancing hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman, who announced their departure from the show last month.

Other names such as Zoe Ball, Holly Willoughby and Roman Kemp have also been hotly linked.
The presenter met partner Kevin Clifton in 2018 when they were paired up on Strictly, and they lifted the Glitter Ball trophy together when they won the series.
They started dating the following year and welcomed daughter Minnie in January 2023.
In September Stacey revealed that the couple suffered a heart-breaking ectopic pregnancy last year.
