A man has been rushed to hospital after reportedly being 'stabbed' outside Glasgow Sheriff Court.
Police responded to the serious assault on Carlton Place shortly before noon yesterday and the 20-year-old man was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary.
An investigation into the incident is underway.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said : “At 11.45am on Tuesday, 1 December we received a report that a man had been seriously assaulted in Carlton Place in Glasgow.
"The 20-year-old man was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment. Enquiries are ongoing.”
