Bohs and St Pat's to welcome Chelsea for mid-summer friendlies

Bohemians and St Patrick's Athletic will welcome Premier League side Chelsea to Dalymount Park and Richmond Park for a friendllies.

The Saints, who hosted Newcastle United in a mid-summer friendly last year, will play the Premier League side in the middle of their Europa League First Round tie with Sweden's IFK Norrkoping - with the friendly coming two days after the first leg in Inchicore.

Bohs will welcome Chelsea on Wednesday July 10, with kick-off at 7:45.

The Blues previously came to the Saints' home back in 2009.

A 2-2 draw was played out between the sides, with Frank Nouble and AC Milan's Fabio Borini scoring for the away side before Alan Cawley and Gints Friemanis evened things up.

The game is set for a 2pm kick-off at Richmond Park.

Tickets for both games are priced at €30 for adults and €15 for children.
