Developer St Modwen Homes has clinched an award for one of its North Staffordshire housing developments.
The firm was recognised at the LABC West Midlands Building Excellence Awards 2019 in the Best High Volume New Housing Development category.
The housebuilder took home the top award for its Trentham Manor development, in Stoke-on-Trent at a ceremony at the Telford International Centre earlier this month.
As a regional winner, Trentham Manor - which boasts in excess of 200 properties - is now automatically shortlisted for the LABC Grand Finals 2019 which is taking place in November.
Managing director at St Modwen Homes, Dave Smith, said: “The Trentham Manor site has been developed with the aim of creating a fantastic place for homeowners to live and it’s incredibly rewarding to see this recognised.
“Winning this award for building excellence is a testament to the hard work and thoughtful design from the team at Trentham Manor.”
The Trentham Manor development offers a range of two, three, four and five bedroom homes which are located less than five miles away from Stoke-on-Trent city centre.
