St Mirren v Hearts: How to watch, kick-off time, squad news and referee for crunch fixture

It's a game which could prove absolutely crucial as Hearts look to fight their way out of relegation trouble.

Daniel Stendel will be looking for his side to keep up their decent form when they travel to take on St Mirren on Wednesday evening.

The Jambos are rooted to the bottom of the league, but Jim Goodwin's side are their nearest rivals and sit just three points better off in 11th place.

So it's fair to say there's quite a bit riding on this one.

Toby Sibbick returned to full training this week after a spell on the sidelines through illness, and Hearts fans will be desperate to see him return.

Jamie Walker and Sean Clare both suffered injuries in the weekend's draw with Motherwell, but are expected to make it in time for Wednesday night.

Peter Haring and John Souttar, of course, remain out long-term.

The match will kick off at the Simple Digital Arena at 7.45pm on Wednesday, and won't be shown live on TV.

However the match will be showing on BBC ALBA at 10pm, so you can see all the action unfold then.

We'll also have team news, score updates and reaction right here on Edinburgh Live.

Alan Muir will referee the match while Graham Chambers and Joseph Lawson will be assistants. Kevin Graham will be fourth official.
