St Mirren face Celtic and Rangers in opening three games as Premiership fixtures revealed

It's been months since St Mirren kicked a ball in anger but now they have their first opponents of the new season confirmed.

Jim Goodwin's Buddies haven't been in action since they beat Hearts 1-0 in a crunch clash in Paisley in March.

With the Scottish Premiership set to relaunch on August 1, the Saints have been handed a welcome home fixture against Livingston on August 1.

Following that they will take on Rangers at Ibrox, before facing Celtic at the Simple Digital Arena.

It is more than likely that the first few fixtures of the 2020/21 campaign will be behind closed doors, with Saints season ticket holders able to stream the matches online.
