St Johnstone v Rangers: Live stream, is it on TV, kick-off time, referee and predictions

The champions return to Premiership action and they face the other top flight side to have secured silverware this season.

Steven Gerrard's men are off to Perth on Wednesday night to take on Betfred Cup winners St Johnstone.

Rangers have nothing to play for in a material sense but they are just four matches away from closing out the division unbeaten.

Saints, meanwhile, will believe they still have it in them to leapfrog Livingston in the final weeks of the season and claim what could turn out to be a European spot in a dress rehearsal for the Scottish Cup quarter final at the weekend.

Here's everything you need to know about the game.

When is kick-off?

Rangers travel to Perth to take on St Johnstone at McDiarmid Park on Wednesday night

Kick-off is at 7pm.

Who is the referee?

Euan Anderson takes charge for this one, with Frank Connor and Drew Kirkland as his assistants.

Chris Graham is the fourth official.

Anderson took charge of a 5-0 Gers win over Ross County at the end of January before overseeing Saints' 2-1 victory at Livingston a fortnight later.

Is it on TV?

No. The game hasn't been selected for TV.

Can it be live streamed?

Yes. St Johnstone will be running a PPV service.

Match passes on Saints TV cost £17.50 for UK-based subscribers.

Prediction

Rangers won't want to let their unbeaten Premiership record slip so close to the finish line and won comfortably on their last visit to Perth. Final score: 0-3.
