Liverpool's St John's Market is reopening next month after a "radical makeover" which has been ongoing since July.
The new St John's Market will be home to a purpose built food court, new seating areas, new lifts and even a new colour design.
It will reopen on Friday, November 25 following a two week 'soft opening' which will begin on Monday, November 14.
The market, which dates back to 1822, will also be staffed with an information desk for the first time in its history.
The new website which has been set up to go with the new look says: "The historic market has undergone a radical makeover since July - complete with a new event space, its first welcome desk and team and free wifi."
A series of events will be held within the market in the run up to Christmas to showcase its new look.
The famous market was re-opened in 2016 following a major £2.5m council refurbishment - but was criticised by traders and shoppers who described it as 'empty' and 'soulless'.
St Johns Market will be open 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday and 9am-5.30pm on Saturday. You can visit its new website here .
