He may be head and shoulders above everyone else as a footballing and style legend, but David Beckham looked distinctly smaller than usual when he stood next to Tyson Fury on Wednesday.
Becks welcomed the Gypsy King himself to the DRV PNK Stadium to watch an Inter Miami match at the club he co-owns.
The former England international, nicknamed Goldenballs by his wife, fashion designer Victoria, and who is renowned for his stylish clothes and lifestyle brand, posted an Instagram story to his 66 million followers.
Beckham looked more formal in a suit and tie, with his team’s logo emblazoned on his suit pocket. The world champion however, dressed like he was on holiday, in an open-necked, brightly coloured shirt and a large silver cross.
At 6ft 9 inches, Fury dwarfed Becks - who stands at an above average height of 5ft 11 inches - as the pair posed for photos in front of a packed crowd.

It wasn’t the first time that Becks has hosted a heavyweight hero, as he met Tyson’s superfight arch rival Anthony Joshua at the Florida ground in April this year. Fury and Joshua will fight in Saudi Arabia on 14 August this year for the Undisputed Heavyweight title.
The match itself was a disappointing one for Inter Miami, who are managed by Becks’ former Man Utd team mate and close friend Phil Neville.
The Americans lost 2-0 to Montreal, and their game was halted just after half-time when lighting strikes in the area delayed the match for more than two hours.
