Gunnersaurus has got Arsenal's season off to a flying start with a well-deserved win in the World Cup of Mascots.
The giant green dinosaur, often seen entertaining the younger Arsenal fans around the Emirates, was put up against Partick Thistle's terrifying Kingsley in the final.
The unofficial competition is run by twitter account '@MascotSilence' and saw over 53,000 people vote in the final.
Arsenal's dinosaur got 56 per cent of the vote against Kingsley to secure victory and his very own first 'World Cup' title.
Gunnersaurus had to beat FC Metz's dragon mascot Grayou in the quarter finals and was only able to squeak through with 52 per cent of the vote before thrashing West Brom's Boiler Man in the semi final.

Gunners fans on twitter were quick to take joy in the fact that Gunnersaurus has now experienced greater success than Spurs.
Fans had mocked Spurs' celebrations over winning a pre-season trophy, the Audi Cup, in Munich last week and they were once again drawing parrallels between those celebrations and what to expect from Gunnersaurus.
One fan claimed that 'if it was Spurs they would have a DVD out by now', while another pointed out that it gave him 'more trophies than Harry Kane'.
Gunnersaurus himself tweeted in celebration saying ''and it's Arsenal, Arsenal FC!'
