Spurs team confirmed vs Bournemouth: Tanguy Ndombele, Jan Vertonghen and Moussa Sissoko start

Jose Mourinho has made three changes to his team to face Bournemouth at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Mourinho admitted that his players looked tired following two matches in quick succession with a near unchanged side following their international exploits and travels.

The new Spurs head coach has made a trio of changes to the team to add some fresh legs.

Jan Vertonghen is back and fit to play. He comes in on the left which fits Mourinho's system perfectly with a left-back who can become a centre-back for periods.

In midfield, with Eric Dier having only played 29 minutes, it is Harry Winks who makes way. Tanguy Ndombele comes into the side to add some energy to the centre of the park and Moussa Sissoko replaces Lucas Moura.

Here's how Spurs set up at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium:

Gazzaniga, Aurier, Alderweireld, Sanchez, Vertonghen, Dier, Ndombele, Sissoko, Dele, Son, Kane (C). Subs: Whiteman, Rose, Walker-Peters, Winks, Lo Celso, Eriksen, Lucas.
