Spurs striker Harry Kane sends classy Christmas message to Everton superfan

Tottenham striker Harry Kane has sent a Christmas message to an Everton superfan.

Avid Blues supporter Michael Dullaghan, who has become hugely popular on social media, sent a video message to the England forward on Twitter.

Michael wished Kane a happy Christmas, and the Spurs striker didn’t take too long to respond.

In replying to Michael’s tweet, Kane wrote: “Merry Christmas to you and your family too! Thank you for the message.”

This is not the first time that Michael has received a classy message from the England striker.

Michael sent a video message to Kane back in November, where he displayed a drawing he had personally made for the striker.

Kane offered to have his artwork signed as a nice gift for the Everton fan.

“Have seen your message and your brilliant drawing Mike thanks a lot for both of them,” wrote Kane.

“Can you please send me the drawing so I can sign it for you and send it back?

“Thanks for the support.”

Everton assistant manager Duncan Ferguson also sent Michael a message earlier this year.

In a video reply on Twitter, Ferguson went on to show the camera a Blues shirt with his name on the back, saying that he will give that to Michael in exchange for the drawing of him.

And Everton chairman Bill Kenwright previously sent Michael a letter and several new kits after being made aware of his posts asking for friends.

Kenwright told Michael he will arrange for him to go to Finch Farm and meet the squad, while Hollywood star - and Fulham supporter - Hugh Grant is taking him for a pint next time Everton play at Craven Cottage.
