Spurs star Randal Kolo Muani in M25 crash - as pictures show badly damaged Ferrari

Tottenham star Randal Kolo Muani has been involved in a car crash on the M25.

He had been travelling on the motorway in Hertfordshire on Tuesday, when a tyre blew out in his black Ferrari.

Images circulated on social media showed him standing at the side of the motorway alongside fellow Spurs footballer Wilson Odobert, with the front-right tyre of the car completely burnt out.

It is understood Odobert had been following him on the M25 motorway when the smash occured, and pulled over to make sure his team-mate was safe.

The pictures appear to show front right tyre was blown with the wheel missing, while the car also took damage to the wheel arch and the front grill. The windshield also appeared to be cracked.

It is understood both players had been driving to Stansted airport to meet up with the rest of the Tottenham squad ahead of a flight to Germany for the team’s crunch Champions League clash with Eintracht Frankfurt on Wednesday.

Tottenham managerThomas Frank confirmed both players are okay, telling a press conference: “Kolo Muani and Wilson Odobert are both fine.

“Both were involved in a minor accident. It was a tyre blowing up.

“The two were a bit delayed but they will be here later tonight.

“I’m in doubt if they were both in that car, actually. It was on the way to the airport.”

Asked if they will be available for selection against Eintracht Frankfurt on Wednesday, the Spurs boss said: “That is my understanding.

“I haven’t spoken to them personally yet. They will fly out later. I fully expect them to be available.”
