Spurs second half player ratings vs Bayern Munich: Foyth given a torrid time in Audi Cup triumph

Paulo Gazzaniga

Should have done better for Bayern's goal as Jann-Fiete Arp's shot wasn't exactly in the corner. However, he had no chance for Alphonso Davies' strike as it found the bottom corner. Two very good saves in the shootout. 4

Juan Foyth

Rushed out to win the ball in the buildup to Bayern's goal and left a huge gap that Arp exploited as he reduced the defecit. Did the same not long after but got away with it. Given a torrid time during his minutes on the pitch as Bayern attacked down his flank time and time again. Subbed in the closing stages after going down in the box. 4

Toby Alderweireld

Caught out for Bayern's goal as Arp used his pace to get beyond him after Foyth rushed out of defence. Good clearance in the final 15 minutes as Robert Lewandowski put once across the box. 5

Japhet Tanganga

Good block in his first involvement in the half as he stopped Sarpreet Singh's ball from causing problems. Will have done him good to come up against Bayern's wealth of attacking options. Found the bottom corner in the shootout. 5

Harvey White

Utilised at left-back in the second half despite the fact he usually plays in midfield. Did well in his new position and swung a good ball into the box as Spurs looked to add to the scoreline. 5

Oliver Skipp

Tough time in the middle of the park for the youngster as Bayern stepped it up after the break. Could have done better to try and close down Davies' shot for the equaliser. 4

Moussa Sisosko

The only player to feature for the majority of the game as he played 84 minutes. Was tested a lot more after the break with Bayern bringing their big guns on. 5

Lucas Moura

Didn't have as much of an impact as in the first half and was replaced on 70 minutes. 5

Christian Eriksen

Really good finish from the Dane as he doubled the lead after collecting the ball from Harry Kane just inside the area. Involved a lot more than in Tuesday's game against Real Madrid. 6

Son Heung-min

Tested Sven Ulreich with a low drive and then almost scored with his next attempt that was just deflected wide. 6

Harry Kane

Teed up Eriksen for his goal as he found the midfielder inside the box. Denied by a wonderful one-handed save from Ulreich as the ball looked destined for the net. 6

Substitutes

Jack Roles (Lucas Moura, 70)

Didn't see much of the ball in his 20 minutes on the pitch but scored a fantastic penalty. 4

George Marsh (Juan Foyth, 76)

Played at right-back with Foyth leaving the pitch early. 4

Anthony Georgiou (Moussa Sissoko, 84)

Brought on for the final few minutes. N/A
