Spurs player ratings: Eric Dier and Christian Eriksen score but others struggle in Everton draw

Hugo Lloris

Pushed a Bernard shot on to the post in the first half and saved comfortably from a bouncing Sigurdsson shot. Couldn't stop Walcott's shot which rolled clinically inside the left-hand post. He did save Keane's header soon after but couldn't stop Tosun from scrambling it over the line. 6

Kyle Walker-Peters

Got up and down the right flank and worked hard, but didn't take on Digne enough and use his pace. 6

Toby Alderweireld

The only fit recognised centre-back in the first team and he played with his customary composure throughout. 7

Eric Dier

Put his Bournemouth horror show behind him quickly with an early goal, reacting quickly after Lamela's corner dropped at his feet. Made a great sliding block to deny Walcott inside the Spurs box just before half-time. Did well in the backline. 7

Ben Davies

Offered little going forward and gave Walcott too much room to score before being beaten in the air by Keane in the build-up to Everton's second goal. 4

'I want to be honest with my club, my players and our fans' - Pochettino opens up on his future

Moussa Sissoko

Some terrific football in the first half, tackling, spinning and driving up the pitch. Less impact in the second half as the game went down a gear. 7

Christian Eriksen

Not one of his greatest games but the Dane remembered how to score a free-kick and then some, with a delightful curling effort into the bottom left corner. 7

Dele Alli

Sent a shot over on 12 minutes after starting the move and another low effort just wide on 33 minutes. Looked dangerous in the first half but did not reappear for the second half. 6

Erik Lamela

Curled in a great inswinging corner which fell to Dier to score early in the game. Worked hard in his first start for a while but didn't provide much in the way of end product. Gets an extra mark for providing a decent corner for Tottenham for the first time in a while. 6

Was always going to struggle to repeat his heroics in Amsterdam and he didn't see too much of the ball. 5

Fernando Llorente

Battled away but didn't get much in the way of service up top on his own. 5

Subs

Victor Wanyama

A few loose passes but he also won a couple of crunching tackles in the second half. 5

Oliver Skipp

Came on with ten minutes to go and played some nice no-look passes early on to get his confident up. N/A

Vincent Janssen

Huffed and puffed but didn't see too much of the ball in what is likely to be his last appearance in a Spurs shirt. N/A
