Troy Parrot's potential debut

Mauricio Pochettino has admitted he is considering giving 17-year-old striker Troy Parrott his Tottenham Hotspur debut this week.

There is hope among the fans that Parrott will be the latest teenager to don the Tottenham shirt competitively after training regularly with the first team and starring in pre-season with some very mature displays against the like of Juventus, Manchester United, Real Madrid and Inter Milan.

Spurs supporters' trust on Thomas Cook collapse

Thomas Cook's collapse will also impact football fans and Tottenham Hotspur and the Tottenham Hotspur Supporters' Trust have given their advice.

The travel company announced on Sunday that is was ceasing trading with immediate effect. All holidays and flights provided by the company have been cancelled and are no longer operating and all of Thomas Cook's retail shops have also closed.

Pochettino misses out on FIFA award

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has been named as The Best Fifa Men's Coach.

The German tactician, who guided the Reds to the Champions League last season, has won the award ahead of Manchester City's Pep Guardiola and Tottenham Hotspur's Mauricio Pochettino.

Daniel Levy's transfer deal

Daniel Levy is well known for his ability to get everything possible for Tottenham Hotspur in a transfer deal and that sounds like it was the case when the club signed Luka Modric.

The Spurs chairman is renowned for his financial prudence and determination to get every single penny for the north London club as he aims to keep them financial stable amid their £1bn stadium project build.
