It has been a good start to the season for Tottenham.

Four points from two games, which included a match away at Premier League champions Manchester City, is not to be sniffed at.

Attention immediately turns to the weekend, when Spurs host struggling Newcastle United, with the chance to continue the unbeaten start to the season.

Michel Vorm to Liverpool?

Liverpool have had injury problems at the start of the new Premier League season.

Alisson Becker picked up an injury on the opening day of the season against Norwich City.

And number two Adrian, signed from West Ham in the summer, appeared to pick up an injury during the Super Cup winning celebrations.

That left Liverpool nearing a first team call-up for veteran goalkeeping coach Andy Lonergan.

However, there was a potential move for former Spurs man Michel Vorm.

New third kit

Tottenham's latest Nike third shirt has once again appeared on sale abroad despite the fact the club have yet to officially unveil it.

It's something that's happened over the past couple of years since signing a deal with the American sportswear giant as the shirts have been spotted in shops in Asia and the United States.

It's not clear at present when exactly the Lilywhites will release the new third kit even though we are now two games into the season, but Nike tend to release their third designs quite late on.
