Spurs news: Mauricio Pochettino's biggest mistake, NFL action at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

We're half way through the second international break of the season and Tottenham Hotspur will be hoping to return refreshed and ready after going into it on the back of two humbling defeats.

A 7-2 loss at the hands of Bayern Munich and a 3-0 loss away at Brighton and Hove Albion last weekend has left many questions about Mauricio Pochettino and his squad.

Whether the break in the season comes at the right time remains to be seen, as Pochettino faces an anxious next couple of days in regards to player fitness.

The north London side are next in action against Watford and Pochettino will be hopeful of some good news ahead of that game.

Abramovich bought the Blues in 2003, with the club going onto win five Premier League titles, five FA Cups, three League Cups, two Europa League's and a Champions League under his stewardship.

But things could have all been different had Eriksson not had given his friend advice on which London club to invest in.

The one that got away

Former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Joe Pritchard netted his first ever professional goal and it was an absolute cracker.

The 23-year-old left Spurs in the summer of 2018 having spent 14 years at the north London club.

Pritchard became an experienced member of the club's development squad, having fought back from a broken leg during his teen years.
