There could still be some outgoings at Tottenham Hotspur this summer.
But while the European transfer windows mean for some anxious times for their players, on the pitch things started well at the weekend.
Victory over Aston Villa got the new Premier League season off to a great start.
And Harry Kane well and truly banished his August hoodoo with two goals.
Attention immediately turns to the sceond weekend of the season and a trip to champions Manchester City.
Here we take a look at the biggest Spurs stories from the past 24 hours.
Christian Eriksen theory
Is Christian Eriksen staying at Tottenham?
Some Spurs fans certainly think so.
The Dane has admitted it might be time for him to have a "new challenge" but there is a belief that he could yet sign a new deal to stay with Spurs beyond this season.

His current contract runs out next summer, when Spurs could lose him for free.
But Real Madrid remain interested in his services and the Spanish side have until September 2 to sign him.
There was a theory about a potential new contract at Spurs going round social media after the club released pictures of Eriksen wearing the new training wear.
Danny Rose transfer stance
Another player whose Spurs future is uncertain is Danny Rose.
The left-back was left behind as Tottenham went on their pre-season tour of the Far East to "explore possibilities with other clubs".

But despite interest from Watford late in the transfer window, Rose stayed put.
Here's what we know about his future in N17.
What Giovani Lo Celso offers
If Christian Eriksen does leave Spurs, they have a replacement in the form of Giovani Lo Celso.
But he's not a direct replacement.

The Argentinian would offer a very different skillset and would require Mauricio Pochettino to tweak his tactics.
But the Spurs boss has never been afraid to do just that.
Here we take a look at what Lo Celso would bring to the Spurs starting lineup.
£41m loss
If Atletico Madrid had offered Tottenham £61million for Kieran Trippier, Daniel Levy would have bitten their hands off.
As it was, the right-back left for around £20million, which was reasonable business.

But should Spurs have got a whopping £41million more for the England international?
One investment firm certainly thinks so.
