Photos from Friday's training sessions at Tottenham Hotspur show that Harry Winks is on his way back.
The 23-year-old England international has been recovering from surgery on a groin problem and there is hope within the club that he will be fit enough to take part in the Champions League final on June 1 against Liverpool.
England boss Gareth Southgate has included Winks in his squad for the Nations League semi-final against the Netherlands on June 6.
Friday's photos showed Winks stepping out on to the training pitches with his team-mates and going through stretches.
football.london understands that while the young midfielder is not yet back in full training, he is reintegrating with the group in some elements of work as he continues his rehabilitation outdoors as the gallery of photos below show.
Defender Davinson Sanchez has also begun his outdoor integration into training after his thigh injury, while Danny Rose was back in full training. Harry Kane and Jan Vertonghen remain out with their ankle injuries.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino will be hoping that all of them continue their progress and will be in a condition to play a part in two weeks' time in the big match in Madrid.
