Spurs fans are loving Sky presenter's brutal put down to Arsenal ace Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is hopeful that the 2019/20 season will be Arsenal's year when it comes to winning trophies.

The Arsenal striker has enjoyed a fine start to the new season, scoring three goals in four games to help the Gunners to seven points from their first four matches in the Premier League so far.

Aubameyang has only failed to score in one of those games - the 3-0 defeat against Liverpool at Anfield - as Unai Emery's men look to mount a challenge for success this season after finishing outside the top four in each of the last three seasons.

The Gunners also lost out in the Europa League final last season, with Chelsea claiming the trophy with a 4-1 win in Baku in May.

But Aubameyang was asked whether he feels this is Arsenal's year, while enjoying the Formula 1 as he attended the Italian Grand Prix at Monza.

In response while being interviewed for Sky Sports, he simply said: "Yeah, hopefully."

However, while that has gone down well with some Arsenal fans, it is what followed on Sky Sports' coverage that Tottenham fans are loving, with presenter Simon Lazenby simply saying: "But probably not."

And that has got Spurs talking on social networking website Twitter this afternoon.

Here's what some rival fans have been saying.
