Spurs fans all notice as two of the club's transfer targets 'like' posts about new Tottenham kit

Two of Tottenham Hotspur's summer transfer targets both got fans talking on Thursday as they 'liked' posts about the club's new kit on Instagram.

Spurs have been linked with moves for both Fulham's Ryan Sessegnon and St Etienne defender William Saliba in recent weeks.

Tottenham are expected to move for Sessegnon this month to end their long-running chase of the teenager.

Saliba however has been heavily tipped to join Spurs' north London rivals Arsenal, before heading back to the Ligue 1 club on loan, despite Tottenham's late moves to try to grab the French youth international from their clutches.

Both teenagers got tongues wagging when they 'liked' a post from Nike Soccer's Instagram account showing Harry Kane in Tottenham's new home shirt for the coming 2019/20 season.

Saliba however withdrew his like, no doubt realising that if he does move to Arsenal then his new fans might not take too kindly to it.

However, some eagle-eyed Spurs fans captured the image before the young Frenchman 'unliked' it.

Of course there could be absolutely nothing transfer-related in it and that both players simply like the kit or that they have ties to Nike, but it didn't stop the Spurs fans from talking about it.

They will find out in the next three weeks whether either of the teenagers will end up wearing the shirt themselves.
