Spurs, Arsenal, Chelsea or Man United? Latest top four odds put one team in pole position

With six points separating sixth and third in the Premier League table, this is possibly the closest race for Champions League qualification in recent memory.

Manchester United, Chelsea, Tottenham and Arsenal are all in with a real shot of getting through and representing England in the most coveted European competition in history.

All these sides have had fairly mixed seasons, with United going through a temporary resurgence under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer only to slump to a run of six losses in eight games after a sensational comeback away to PSG.

Chelsea have had a slight resurgence, at least on paper, having came away victorious in five of their last eight in all competitions since March - whilst also cruising into the semi-finals of the Europa League.

Arsenal fans will love Jamie Carragher's brutal one-word assessment of Shkodran Mustafi

Under debut-season manager Unai Emery, Arsenal have thrashed Napoli to reach the Europa League semis along with rivals Chelsea - but in the league - things haven’t changed much, with their most recent 3-2 defeat at the hands of Crystal Palace another blow to league form.

Out of all these sides, it’s probably Spurs who have had the most successful season so far - knocking Manchester City out of the Champions League on away goals despite having lost star striker Harry Kane to injury in the first leg.

Tottenham beat Brighton on Tuesday night to move a step closer to a top four finish this season, opening up a four-point cushion to fifth,a lthough that would become a three-point cushion were Arsenal to beat Wolves on Wednesday night.

And Tottenham are odds-on favourites to join Manchester City and Liverpool in Europe's premier club competition next season.

Here are the best top four race odds, via Oddschecker:

Tottenham - 1/10

Arsenal - 8/11

Chelsea - 17/10

Manchester United - 5/1
