Springholm Primary pupils receive visit from community police officer and Dunmuir Vets staff

As part of their vets and pets project pupils at Springholm Primary had a visit from community police officer PC Blacklock.

The youngsters found out about how the police help people and that they investigate car crashes.

Ava said: “They take people to jail when they’ve been bad.”

The pupils also had a visit from Alexis and Harley from Dunmuir Vets who told them about the role of the vets and the technology they use.

Abbey said: “They scan the dog if the dog’s ran away and they see the number and phone the owner.”
