Springholm Primary pupils enjoy music lessons at Kirkpatrick Durham thanks to Blackcraig Wind Farm fund

Pupils at Springholm Primary have been enjoying music lessons in Kirkpatrick Durham.

The music group has been generously supported by Blackcraig Wind Farm Community Fund, thanks to funding from Blackcraig Wind Farm (Scotland) Ltd. The fund is administered by Foundation Scotland, working with Glenkens and District Trust.

The youngsters have had a great time learning to play different instruments.

Ava said: “I like playing the boomwhackers. They make a really loud noise, it’s funny.”

Elsie added: “I love to play the ukulele. I think Nicola is a really nice teacher.”
