Springholm Nursery are joining forces with the Memorial Hall committee to hold an Easter event this weekend.
The youngsters have been enjoying Easter art, decorating eggs for their Easter tree and making a photo frame for the Easter gathering, which takes place in the hall between 10am and noon on Saturday.
There will be an Easter egg trail with eggs donated by local shops and families as well as fun games, activities, tombola and refreshments.
There were also be an exhibition of entries to a children’s competition to design a logo for the Memorial Hall, with the winners named at 11am.
The nursery and hall committees have organised a raffle with more than 30 amazing prizes donated by local businesses, families and friends.
There will also be a soup and sweet lunch hosted by the hall committee from 12.30pm to 2.30pm noon.
