Springburn police incident: Two boys and three men rushed to hospital after 'disturbance'

Two boys and three men have been rushed to hospital after a 'disturbance' at a home in Springburn.

Emergency services remain on the scene at Fernbank Street after being called out to the north of Glasgow shortly before 6am this morning.

Police confirmed two 15-year-old boys are at the Royal Hospital for Children and two 32-year-old men and a 23-year-old man are at Glasgow Royal Infirmary.

Officers have launched an investigation into the incident.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers received reports of a disturbance within a property on Fernbank Street in Glasgow around 5.50am on Monday, 28 December, 2020. Emergency services are in attendance.

“Three men, aged 32, 32 and 23, have been taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment. Two boys, both aged 15, have been taken to the Royal Hospital for Children in Glasgow for treatment.

“Enquiries into the incident are ongoing.”
