A 600-square-meter yellow carpet of about 23,000 narcissus named "Exception" is delighting the eye's of visitors to Narcissus Hill at the Hitachi Seaside Park in Hitachinaka, Ibaraki Prefecture. "When I see the vivid yellow color, I feel the arrival of spring," said a 66-year-old woman who visited the park. The narcissus can be appreciated until the middle of this month, according to the park.
