Since Donald Trump won the election last year, the U.S. has rapidly declined into a twisted parody of itself. Empathy and reason have been replaced by hatred and ignorance which have transformed the country into a dystopian version of itself which, before November 5th, only existed in the world of fiction.
Donald Trump’s aggressive deportation policy feels like something straight out of 1930s Germany. We’ve seen footage of people being assaulted on the street in broad daylight before being carted off in unmarked cars. We’ve seen legal U.S. citizens deported without due process to an El Salvadorean prison many have labeled a “death camp.” The list goes on.
A recent ad has caused upset amongst Republicans but the scenario depicted is not far from the truth at all. In fact, some would argue the events of the short “fictional” clip are actually happening for real across the country.
The ‘Republican Kidnappers’ ad
The ad, titled, “Republican Kidnappers” was posted online by the Progress Action Fund. It depicts a man and a woman who appear to be on a date. The sweet moment is interrupted by masked men grabbing both of them and dragging the woman away. A shady looking gentleman in a suit taunts the man telling him “she’s coming with us,” before introducing himself as “your Republican congressman.”
While the man argues “she was born here,” the congressman coldly responds, “I don’t care. She looks like one of them.”
Seems Republicans don’t like this video.

The video isn’t exactly subtle, but then again, you wouldn’t want to risk subtly when your video is aimed at Republicans, otherwise it might go over their heads. Anyways, while it may seem hyperbolic, this isn’t far from what’s happening already, the blatant disregard for due process and racist rhetoric spewed by Republican representatives clearly indicates where the U.S. is heading.
The Trump administration doesn’t like the video
Online people have claimed that the White House and RNCC have “lashed out” at the creators of the video. The Progress Action Fund is a Democrat supporting group which aims to create “hard-hitting ads to defeat Republicans in swing districts.” Of course Republicans are going to be upset that their actions are being exposed, they’re like cockroaches, they fester in the dark, ads like this shine a light on what they’re really doing.
BREAKING:
— Nick Knudsen
Both the White House and RNCC have lashed out at the creators of this ad.
It must have struck a nerve. Maybe they don't like being outed as fascists.
You know what to do: SPREAD THIS EVERYWHERE!#MAGAKidnappers pic.twitter.com/kNGAtcqkeW(@NickKnudsenUS) June 18, 2025
Knowing that MAGA and Trump supporters don’t like this video is all the reason we need to make sure this video is spread far and wide for all to see. If you want to see Republicans crying then you know what needs to be done. On X people have already begun sharing it to as many others as possible.
Holy shit. This is the greatest ad I’ve ever seen and the National Republican Congressional Committee is doing everything they can to STOP you from seeing it. MAGA hates when you call them fascists and kidnappers. Too bad. Make sure everything sees this!

It’s easy to plug your ears and ignore what Trump’s party is doing, but seeing a heavy-hitting video such as this really does give a more clear perspective on the reality we’re sleepwalking into. We can only hope this video might sway some people who support the president by showing them just how horrific Trump’s plans are.
