Since lockdown restrictions were eased in Scotland last week, there's been a bit of uncertainty over which non-contact sports are permitted.
Tennis, golf, bowls and angling were made clear when First Minister Nicola Sturgeon announced the country was going into Phase One of the lockdown.
And now, sportscotland has released a full list of the sports and activities the public can take part in.
Croquet, fencing, volleyball and archery could keep you busy over the coming weeks, according to the list, or perhaps orienteering, wakeboarding or canoeing floats your boat.
Non-contact sports permitted in Phase One
Angling
Archery
Athletics - such as running and jogging
Bowls
Canoeing
Croquet
Equestrian (horse riding)
Fencing
Golf
Hang Gliding and paragliding

Hockey
Mountain biking
Mountaineering
Orienteering
Rowing
Tennis (outdoor)

Volleyball
Walking
Watersports - such as waterski and wakeboard

Sports Minister Joe FitzPatrick said: “Like me, I’m sure that many people across the country will be delighted to see the resumption of some of our favourite outdoor activities, with all the associated physical and mental health benefits they bring.
"I would encourage everyone to get out and get active, but to do so in a safe and responsible way.”
