Sports Direct staff claim the firm is prioritising profits over their health by failing to ensure a Covid-safe workplace.
Images from the giant’s Shirebrook distribution centre in Derbyshire, which employs up to 4,000, show workers gathering in large groups without masks or gloves last week.
Staff also queue up to take turns using touchscreens.
One whistleblower claimed there are no hand sanitising stations, masks or gloves available – and shift patterns have made social distancing “impossible”.

Staff claim they never see cleaners disinfecting at New Brook Business Park, they do not get temperature checks and have to share headsets that are not wiped down.
One said: “It’s disgusting. I am concerned about my safety.”
The latest controversy comes after major shareholder Mike Ashley issued a public apology for keeping Sports Direct open after non-essential retailers were forced to close at the height of the pandemic.

Sports Direct disputed the claims, saying it takes “the health and safety of our workforce extremely seriously”.
The firm said the Shirebrook site has been visited by the local authority and “the procedures we enacted verified as in line with government guidance”.
Government guidelines state workplaces should clean surfaces often and staff and visitors should be asked to use hand sanitiser.
But one worker said while pots of hand sanitiser were available when he first started working there, they have since disappeared.
The Government also advises offices to make sure everyone is social distancing by using signs or a one-way system.
But one Shirebrook worker said: “There is a bus that brings people in and out on shifts and it is packed with no one in masks.
"The change between shifts is chaos too, there is no social distancing.”
And another said: “I am furious about going to work. The place is a ticking time-bomb.
"There is no attempt to socially distance, no hand sanitiser, no face masks. It’s crazy.”
