Sport on TikTok this week: Soccer Aid announcement, Happy Birthday celebrations and more

Despite sport coming out of lockdown across the globe, sports stars are using social media to occupy themselves and their fans during their free time.

TikTok, the world's fastest-growing social media platform, is proving to be the ideal place to find amusing videos including dance moves, comedy bits and the like at home.

Even with sport stars and athletes returning to competition, there is more entertainment available than ever.

Here is the week in sport on TikTok...

An exciting announcement today as TikTok have been confirmed as a principle partner for this year's Soccer Aid for Unicef match at Old Trafford.

The social media platform's logo will be on the World XI shirt sleeves and across LED perimeter boards during the match, with plenty planned in the build-up to the game in September.

Happy Birthday!

I could watch these videos all day. With Lia Lewis one of the biggest breakout stars on TikTok on show above, here's freestyle favourite Jeremy Lynch showing off some super speedy skills.

Life's a beach

The Premier League season has finally ended, some 330-odd days after in began, so footballers are enjoying some R&R. Then there's Norwich's Todd Cantwell, for who the hard work doesn't stop with some beach drills. Oh and check out his dancing skills here.

Sergio swapping balls

Sergio Ramos could do nothing as Real Madrid were knocked out of the Champions League last weekend due to his suspension. How does one of the most decorated footballers alive pass the time? Swapping net for hoop... which some pretty good results.
