With government measures to curb the spread of the coronavirus meaning that many will be confined to their homes until at least May 5, many are finding it hard to exercise during these times.
Sport in Ireland is in full shutdown as people are asked not to travel more than two kilometres from their homes.
But during the lockdown, there are many easy workouts and exercises that you can do from home in the absence of a big space or gym equipment.
Here's 10 simple exercises that you can do at home:
Push ups
Plain and simple, push ups are easy and effective for working out everything from your abdominal muscles to triceps.
