Project Reveal - Ghosts of Britain are a paranormal team that explore abandoned locations in Britain, and sometimes other countries in search of paranormal evidence.
This weekend, October 16 the group visited Spofforth castle, in Harrogate, North Yorkshire where there has been reports of paranormal activity.
The team have been there a few times previously, were excited with what they caught on camera.

They have been investigating reports that in the 1700s a woman was pushed to her death through a window there at Spofforth Castle, and it is her who is supposed to be haunting the abandoned location.
Darren Ross, also known as 'Darren the Guinea Pig,' took photo footage as he tried to capture proof of the afterlife.
One photo shows a 7ft black figure in the corner of the historic building.
Whereas another image appears to show the shadow of a figure.
The group also did some EVP recording's where they asked some questions, kept completely quiet and waited for a response.
Darren reported: "you could hear a growl."
He says: "there was definitely something there, I'm not sure if it was the woman or not, but we believe there was something."

The team will be going back to Spofforth Castle, as well as visiting lots more alleged paranormal locations up and down the UK, they've also opened their own museum dedicated to their work called the Haunted Object Museum.
