Spoiler alert: The latest Married at First Sight NZ stars to split

The knives are out and the tension is mounting on the first season of Married at First Sight NZ.

And this week's episodes did not disappoint in the drama department.

Most of the arranged reality TV marriages are on the rocks with rumours saying Andrew and Vicky, Luke and Lacey and Haydn and Bel are all no longer together.

Bel Clarke has said that she is ready to leave the relationship with Haydn Daniels many times before, but now it seems he's beaten her to it.

According to sources, Daniels confirmed that he'd split from Clarke in a scathing Instagram post.

The post reportedly reads: "So apparently my 'wife' is spreading false rumours online that I cheated on her. Totally false. I have backed Bel 100% yet she acts like a bitter victim. I left her because I simply could not deal with the emotional stress of being around her."

It comes after this week's episodes, in which Bel accused Haydn of "betraying" her by sending messages to one of the other MAFS wives on social media saying he should've matched with her rather than Bel. However it was revealed on Monday night that it was the other way around.

Bel has yet speak out about the marriage break up.

Married at First Sight NZ is on Sundays 7pm and Mondays 7:30pm on Three.
