This Morning's popular game Spin to Win, which gives viewers a chance to win money, caused mayhem on the show today.
Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield were stopped in their tracks as the wheel got stuck in the ceiling leaving them confused as to what to do next.
Speaking to ITV viewers and grabbing a ladder, Phil said: "It won't come down, now we're trying very, very hard to bring it down."
"If the worse comes to the worse I reckon I could spin it," he added, before Holly told him bosses wouldn't allow him to go up the ladder due to health and safety.
The decision was questioned by Holly who asked producers: "Why is he not allowed to go up the ladder, he's a fully grown man?"
Despite protests Phil climbed a few steps on the ladder and announced he was within reach, telling viewers: "I can spin it from here."
However he was quickly told by co-presenter Holly to come down as the This Morning crew were having a meltdown.
She said: "Come down, honestly they are having a meltdown in there you've got to come down, I can't do it to them. It's already stressful enough without you being up a ladder.
"Come and sit down, never mind."
This Morning then went to an ad break before Phil and Holly came up with a new way to play the game.
Announcing Dip to Win, the pair instead pulled a figure from a hat leaving one lucky viewer £1,000 richer.
