Spice Market Thai restaurant of Anantara Siam Bangkok will host a special dinner by Chudaree "Tam" Debhakam, the first winner of Top Chef Thailand, on Oct 18-20.

Among Chef Tam's featured creations are duck larb terrine and chicken liver mousse with khao kum rice grilled flatbread; Thai mackerel bushi fingerroot broth with cold egg-noodles; and blue crab with white turmeric and crab curry sauce.
The three-night event will also feature award-winning mixologist Vipop "Tor" Jinaphan and head bartender Chanchai "Boyd" Rodbamrung from Thaipioka Bar. Both are to create a special cocktail menu inspired by exotic Thai flavours. The concoctions such as Niam-Kamquat; Phraya Old Fashioned, Turmeric Thai Tea and Ground Toasted Rice-Yoghurt promise to compliment Chef Tam's menu.
The six-course meal is priced at 3,500 baht per person. The dinner will take place from 6.30 pm at Spice Market restaurant.
