Spice Girls Reunion Tour Plans In Jeopardy After Whatsapp Incident

Mel B kicked out of Spice Girls WhatsApp chat for sharing reunion tour details.

The Spice Girls member Mel B recently revealed that she was kicked out of the group's WhatsApp chat for sharing details about a potential reunion tour marking their 30th anniversary. The singer expressed her excitement about the milestone and the desire to celebrate the group's enduring friendship and success over the years.

Formed in 1994, the Spice Girls, consisting of Victoria Beckham, Geri Halliwell, Melanie Chisholm, Emma Bunton, and Mel B, achieved global fame with hit songs like “Wannabe” and “Spice Up Your Life,” selling over 100 million albums before disbanding in 2000. They briefly reunited in 2007 for a tour and again in 2012 for a performance at the London Olympics.

Despite Mel B's hints at a potential reunion tour, Victoria Beckham recently dismissed the speculation, stating that while the group remains in touch and may plan a celebratory gathering, there are no plans for a tour. Beckham emphasized her focus on her fashion and beauty ventures, expressing pride in her achievements with the Spice Girls and her current endeavors.

While Mel B continues to tease fans about a possible reunion, Beckham's statements suggest that any future Spice Girls reunion may not involve a tour but rather a more intimate celebration among the group members. Mel B is currently promoting her memoir, “Brutally Honest,” as she keeps fans intrigued about the group's future plans.
