With the Spice Girls ' Cardiff gig just around the corner it's time to get planning for your visit to the Principality Stadium.

The concert kicks off at at 7.30pm and more than 50,000 fans are expected to come into Cardiff to watch the event, but they will have to adhere to some restrictions at the stadium, which includes a ban on bottles and selfie sticks.

Can you smoke in the Principality Stadium?
Smoking, including any form of electronic cigarette in the Grounds is strictly forbidden except within designated areas and any person found to be smoking outside of the designated areas may be ejected from the Grounds.
