The massive Spice Girls reunion show at BT Murrayfield was reportedly at risk of being scrapped.
The group are set to take to the stage for a huge Edinburgh concert on Saturday, 8 June.
However it has been reported that the summer reunion was close to not happening due to tensions caused by the revelation of an alleged fling between Mel B and Geri Horner.
A proposed world tour taking them to America, Australia and the Far East after the UK tour is also said to be at risk.
Birmingham Live report that the in-band tensions have been growing following comments made by Mel B.

And a source told The Mail On Sunday: "It's been a hugely dramatic week. At one point last Sunday the tour wasn't happening.
"They agreed that they had to do the British dates because they are under contract and they don't want to let their fans down, but there won't be any more.
"There had been plans to keep it going but no more."
Mel B told an episode of Piers Morgan's Life Stories that she slept with Geri during their Spice Girls heyday. Geri then denied the claims.
A source told the Mirror: "Mel is totally perplexed by Geri's denials. Mel feels Geri is making her out to be a liar.
"She said, 'it's almost as if she is trying to erase our history.
"There is a lot of bad blood simmering away. It's [the Spice Girls tour] going to be interesting."
