Spice Girl Mel B has shared an adorable photo with fans after finally meeting her sister Danielle Brown’s new baby daughter.
The 44-year-old is seen snuggling up to the newborn baby girl in a Boomerang-style Instagram post.
She captioned the heartwarming post: “Auntie duties,I’m in heaven with my sisters baby yippeee it’s mine now @missdaniellebrown first time meeting her and I’m sooooo In love with her!!”
Mel’s sister Danielle Brown gave birth on July 9 but is yet to publicly name her child.
Danielle, 38, gave birth on her due date and shared a photograph of her beautiful baby on Friday.
The baby is Danielle’s third child, but her first with partner Ty Maynard.
She is already mum to daughter Mimi, 12, and son Hendrix, nine, from a previous relationship.
Mel wrote a sweet comment under her sibling’s post announcing the baby's arrival, saying: “Soooo excited she is here yippeee your the best mum ever.”
The singer and her sister were estranged for more than a decade, with Mel expressing regret to have missed out on watching Danielle’s children growing up.
Danielle is an actress and has previously appeared on Emmerdale, Dream Team and Paradise Heights.
She has also starred in the 2001 film Moulin Rouge as a dancer.
