Heart of Midlothian's chief executive, Andrew McKinlay, will leave his position after six years.
The club announced that McKinlay will step down at the end of August, with the search for his successor beginning shortly. This decision was made "mutually" following discussions between McKinlay and the board.
Since joining in August 2020, McKinlay has overseen significant changes both on and off the pitch at Tynecastle Park. Under his leadership, Hearts achieved several European qualifications and increased their revenue.
However, his tenure was not without criticism, particularly for his dual role as vice president of the Scottish FA. Club chairman, Calum Paterson, acknowledged McKinlay's contribution, saying: "Andrew has served as CEO during a significant period in our history, which has seen considerable progress.
"On behalf of the Board and everyone at Hearts, I would like to thank Andrew for his contribution, commitment and service to the Club.
"He leaves with our best wishes for the future."

McKinlay, who previously held roles at the Scottish FA and Scottish Golf, expressed pride in his achievements at Hearts.
He said: "I am proud of all that we have achieved during my time at the club and grateful to have worked alongside so many dedicated colleagues, players, supporters and partners.
"I wish everyone connected with Hearts every success in the future."
In the meantime, the chairman will work closely with our executive team to ensure that the club remains fully focused on delivering its priorities across all areas, on and off the pitch.
