What a season Nottingham Forest have had. What a season lies ahead for the Reds.

Looking like relegation fodder at one point of their 2021/22 Championship campaign, the arrival of Steve Cooper as manager galvanised Trentside and breathed new life into the ailing Reds.

From the end of September to the climax of the season, the Welshman took Forest from the bottom of the table and fearful of dropping into League One to the top-six, a Wembley play-off final and a victory there that sees them return to the Premier League after a 23-year wait. It is a transformational journey of which the great Brian Clough himself would be proud.

So how do you assess such a season? There are only so many superlatives to heap on Cooper and his team. However, assess the season we must, but while also pondering what the summer might bring as the Reds prepare for their return to the big time.

As such, we want the views of Reds fans on a rollercoaster last few months and the heroes who made it all possible.
