Spencer Matthews and Vogue Williams' bizarre use for Jamie Laing's crutch at second wedding

Spencer Matthews and Vogue Williams found a quirky use for pal Jamie Laing's crutches at their second wedding.

The Made In Chelsea star, who had to drop out of Strictly Come Dancing when he was injured, officiated the ceremony as his pals said "I do" for a second time.

And it seems his crutch came in rather handy for the limbo.

Spencer and Vogue enjoyed a second ceremony in front of celebrity friends including Millie Mackintosh and Hugo Taylor, and reality star Spencer said he'd do it every year if he could.

Vogue, who wore a Kate Halfpenny jumpsuit with a overlay skirt, told Hello magazine: "[Jamie] was so funny, he just made the whole thing hilarious - but he was sweet too, he said such lovely things about us and he knows us both so well, so it worked out perfectly."

The ceremony at Westminster Boating Base on the banks of the River Thames came shortly after Jamie was forced to pull out of Strictly, and the guests ended up using his crutch to do the limbo at the party.

The couple originally married in a secret ceremony at the Matthews family's Glenn Affric estate in Scotland in the summer of 2018, in front of close family including his brother James and his wife Pippa Middleton.

Spencer said: "We get on so well, laugh all the time, and just don't bicker. I feel like I have married my best friend - twice.

"If I could marry Vogue every year, I would, but two weddings will do. I think we are probably done now!"

The second ceremony allowed the couple to include their son Theodore, who turned one earlier this month.

Spencer said: "He only made a fleeting appearance. He was supposed to be a page boy and walk up the aisle on his walker but he didn't manage it so I carried him up the aisle, and it was actually nicer like that."

He added: "It was so great for him to be a part of his mummy and daddy getting hitched, and we will be able to show him the photos when he gets older."
