Specsavers has announced plans to begin recruiting 72 new staff across it Scottish stores, at all levels of the business, following a rise in demand.
The company is recruiting for non-clinical vacancies in retails, store management and apprenticeship roles, on top of trying to hire more optometrists and audiologists.
Specsavers’ Scottish chair Susanne Akil said: “We’re really pleased to be in a position to create new roles across many of our Scottish stores.
“We would love people to consider a career with us, even if it means doing something completely different to what they are used to.”
