Newcastle-based Renal Health is owned and operated by Dr Niraj Brahmabhatt and Mr Nikhil Brahmabhatt. It operates care homes in the North East including Chase Park Neuro Centre, in Whickham, near Gateshead, a long-established neuro-rehabilitation and specialist nursing centre.

Scott Murcott, Director of Montane Finance, said, “‘It has been a pleasure partnering with the team at Renal.

"Nikhil and Niraj are quality operators who hold a unique blend of talent, commitment, and passion in everything they do.

"I am thrilled to have been able to support the Group with this benchmark acquisition, securing the future growth and expansion of the business.

"This is a signature transaction for both Renal Health and Montane Finance. With an already impressive reputation and quality of care in place, I am positive that the group will now continue to successfully grow and expand into this next exciting chapter of the business.”
