FRP Advisory, the specialist business advisory firm, has appointed Emma Turnbull as a new restructuring advisory director in Scotland.
During a 15-year career, Turnbull has gained restructuring experience working with a wide range of firms across the retail, oil and gas and real estate sectors on both consensual and non-consensual restructuring issues.
Her career includes nine years at a Big Four firm where she worked on a diverse range of cases including the implementation of CVAs (Company Voluntary Arrangement) across 14 different countries for multinational telecoms business Nortel; returning more than $1bn to creditors.
Other high-profile administrations include Dreams plc, Battersea Power Station, and printing business Service Point UK.
As a key part of the FRP team, Turnbull will work with corporate clients and their stakeholders to identify and implement effective restructuring solutions.
