Strictly Come Dancing stars Alex Kingston, Bobby Brazier and Dianne Buswell have been spotted at Chelsea Flower Show, while The One Show hosts Alex Jones and Roman Kemp revealed a special rose to celebrate 20 years of the programme.
The flower was bred and cultivated by Peter Beales Roses over 10 years and commemorates two decades of the popular BBC One show, with a proportion of sales of the bloom going towards Children In Need.
Kingston, who took part in the last series of Strictly, was photographed alongside 2004 contestant Brazier in the Lady Garden Foundation Silent No More Garden, which aims to raise awareness of the five gynaecological cancers.

Kingston was diagnosed with womb cancer in 2024 while Brazier lost his mother, Jade Goody, to cervical cancer in 2009 aged 27, with the pair joined by sisters and co-founders of the Lady Garden Foundation, Tamara Beckwith Veroni and Clare van Dam, whose mother died of endometrial cancer.
Other well known faces at the press day of the annual event, held at London’s Royal Hospital Chelsea, included Strictly professional dancer Buswell and her partner Joe Sugg, who were joined by their baby, Bowden.
Presenters Vogue Williams and Gloria Hunniford, The Traitors’ Stephen Libby, TV star Jeremy Clarkson and artist Grayson Perry were also seen enjoying the show, along with gardening expert Alan Titchmarsh.
Stars including Queen guitarist Sir Brian May, comedian Bill Bailey and presenter Dame Floella Benjamin were also seen showing off gnomes they have decorated for to be auctioned off for the RHS’s Campaign for School Gardening to help children access gardening.
The One Show rose’s official unveiling will be seen on Monday’s programme at 7pm on BBC One and iPlayer.

Jones, who has hosted the teatime programme for 16 years, said: “The One Show’s 20th rose is absolutely beautiful and it’s the perfect way to mark the show’s milestone birthday, and it’s even more special knowing a donation from every sale will go to BBC Children In Need, a charity we’re proud to champion.
“We really hope our audience love it as much as we do!”
Kemp said: “This launch of The One Show 20th rose is a brilliant way to kick start the anniversary celebrations.
“Many of our One Show viewers love gardening and the benefits can be so impactful, so it’s wonderful to have that recognised with this special rose.”
Ian Limmer, Peter Beales’ senior rosarian, said: “We are incredibly proud to introduce The One Show 20th Rose at RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2026.
“This rose represents not only the very best of British rose breeding, but also a meaningful partnership supporting the wonderful work of BBC Children In Need.
“We hope gardeners across the country will enjoy growing this beautiful rose for many years to come.”
